Return and Refund Policy

Exchange can be initiated within 48 hours from delivery. To initiate an exchange, please click on the return option in my orders section under the ‘My Account’ page.

Key Points:

  • Opening Video Requirement: For any returns, customers must provide an unboxing or opening video of the product. This video must be clear and unedited, showing the packaging and the item upon delivery. This step is crucial for processing any return requests.
  • No Returns, Only Exchanges: Driphare does not offer returns. We only offer exchanges, and that too, only if the product is found to be defective. 
  • Tote Bags: Our tote bags are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. We stand by the quality of our products, but if there's a genuine manufacturing issue, we'll be happy to process an exchange.
  • Size Exchanges: We do offer size exchanges. If the item doesn’t fit as expected, you can request a size exchange within [X] days of receiving the product. Ensure that the product is in original condition, and submit the required opening video when requesting an exchange.
  • Exchange Process: For defective products or size exchanges, requests must be made within 48hrs of receiving the product, and the opening video is required to process the exchange.

How do I return ?

Are there any charges for return?

  • If the product is not sent back with original packaging an additional of ₹150 will be deducted

What items are not returnable?

  • There is no return on items marked as SALE. In case you still wish to return the Sale product, please note that the shipping charges of Rs 150/- will need to be borne by the customer for sending the sale product back to us.
  • International Orders are not eligible for any return.

How many times I can register for Return/Exchange?

  • Returns/Exchange can only avail once.

Why will my return rejected?

  • Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. 
  • The item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition.
  • If the products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, a refund would not be provided.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • It will take up-to 3 to 5 business days for refund to reflect in your account, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
  • For Pre-paid orders, the refund will be credited to the original source of payment.
